First of all, what is CAS?
It stands for Creativity, Action and Service and is part of IB diploma. It is a program where an IB diploma student must undertake extra-circular activities in these categories. This blog will show my participation and involvement in the CAS program over the next two years (2010-2012).
Creativity: “arts and other experience that involve creative thinking”
Action: “physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle, complementing academic work elsewhere in the Diploma Program”
Service: “an unpaid and voluntary exchange that has a learning benefit for the student. The rights, dignity and autonomy of all those involved are respected”

For the moment my aims for this year are as follows:
1. Try out for SAISA (South Asian International Schools Association) track and field and football.
2. Participate in DAWG on Tuesday afternoons.
3. Practice more motocross riding and join a race.
These are the aims I am sure I want to participate in, but there might be some more as the year progresses.
